TEAMS EXECUTIVES COMPANIES

How do teams and leaders stay focused, clear and effective when pressure and uncertainty are on?

Technological disruption, rapidly shifting markets and changing societal values are putting  growing demands on teams and leaders alike. In these moments, pressure builds, uncertainty increases and collaboration becomes more complex.

What keeps teams and leaders steady is rarely more knowledge or better processes. It is the dynamics between the teams and leaders that are essential, the trust between people, the quality of communication and the shared ability to hold steady and keep moving forward. This is where my work begins.

As a trained coach with systemic background (DCV), I support teams and executives in identifying the dynamics that either enable or block performance. I see resilience as one core resource for developing sustainable leadership and a long-term team culture.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, I bring a deep understanding of transformation and growth in intercultural and interdisciplinary environments.

  • Resilient teams and executives:

  • • operate at their highest potential

  • • constructively deal with pressure and stress

  • • actively help shape change, and

  • • contribute to a healthy and productive team culture.

STRENGTHENING TEAMS | Workshop

Build team spirit. Improve the working environment. Strengthen communication.

High-performing teams do not happen by chance. They are the result of collaboration built on trust, clear communication and a shared team culture. And it is precisely this foundation that determines whether your team stays capable of action when pressure mounts or change is on the horizon.

A team workshop is recommended when:

  • a new team seeks for support in a kick-off phase,
  • a change in leadership has taken place,
  • conflicts or a difficult working environment are affecting the collaboration,
  • communication within the team has worsened,
  • staff satisfaction or performance is noticeably declining,
  • new ways of working, processes or roles are being introduced,
  • teams are working across departments or in changing constellations,
  • a team wants to strengthen its collaboration and performance.

My role | Trainer and catalyst

What we achieve together

Your team gains a clearer understanding of how it functions as a system, and what strengthens or blocks collaboration. Communication becomes more transparent and open. Conflicts are resolved constructively, before they escalate. Trust and mutual respect become the foundation of everyday work. And a team culture takes shape that endures in challenging times.

Format | Full-day or half-day workshop, also available as a workshop series.

Up to 20 participants. In person.

DEVELOPING TEAMS | Coaching

Develop team culture. Unlock effectiveness. Strengthen cohesion.

The reasons for team coaching are as varied as the teams themselves. At its core, however, team coaching is about supporting a new or existing team in shaping the way they work together, aligning them around shared goals and enabling them to perform at their best. It strengthens communication, cooperation and mutual trust, and lays the foundation for a lasting team performance.

My team coaching is the right step when:

  • the same conflicts keep resurfacing, even after they have been addressed,
  • trust within the team has been shaken and is not recovering on its own,
  • a crisis has left a lasting impact on the team,
  • patterns in the way the team works together have become so entrenched that
  • the team can no longer break through them alone,
  • energy and engagement within the team are missing,
  • a prolonged period of change has worn the team down and a sense of direction has been lost,
  • the potential within the team is clearly there, but something invisible keeps holding it back.

My role | Process facilitator and strategic partner.

Team coaching is not a quick fix. It is the right choice when lasting change is needed and the team is ready to commit to a process. Together, we make visible what truly makes a team strong: the collective strengths and the potential that is often already there, but not yet fully realised. As a systemic coach, I work with your team to draw on these resources deliberately, find clarity of direction and become more effective together. My approach is resource-focused and solution-oriented.

Format | Tailored to the needs of your organisation.

INDIVIDUAL | Business Coaching

Stay effective. Build mental strength. Lead yourself with confidence.

This coaching is designed for young professionals, managers and executives. Whenever there comes a point along your professional journey where your own perspective is no longer enough, either because you are too close to the situation, or because the complexity has simply grown too great. My coaching process creates a confidential, independent space  where professional challenges can be examined honestly, blind spots brought to light and new options for action can be developed.

My business coaching is ideal for you if you:

  • want to strengthen your personal balance and manage stress more sustainably,
  • are looking to overcome blockages, fears or conflicts in a professional context,
  • want to develop your effectiveness as a leader,
  • wish to actively prevent burnout and make the most of your resources,
  • want to address difficult workplace situations – such as bullying or overwhelming pressure – in a constructive way,
  • are facing a professional transition and are looking for clarity and direction.

My role | Process facilitator, sparring partner and source of inspiration.

In business coaching, we create clarity together: about your role, your goals and the dynamics that shape your professional and private life. We work on concrete challenges: an important decision, an unresolved conflict or the desire to grow further as a leader. The outcome is not a ready-made solution, but a sharper perspective, new options for action and the ability to navigate professional, and personal, situations with greater confidence and ease.

Format | Several sessions tailored to your needs.

Tania Saez de Guinoa

My genuine passion is supporting people in challenging situations and understanding how they respond to them. I want to help them stay in charge of their own actions, find their inner compass, and maintain – or regain – a sense of confidence and hope.

I am a German-Spanish native, and have lived and worked in both countries. From an early age, I learned that even in the face of major adversity, optimism, self-efficacy, and confidence in the future are always possible.

Throughout my career, I have learned how crucial people and team dynamics are: they can either unlock energy or block it, build trust or undermine it.

Especially under heavy workloads, in times of crisis, and during major transitions, it becomes clear how people deal with pressure and how trustfully and effectively teams work together. This is when their resilience becomes visible. And strengthening this resilience is at the heart of what I do.

My professional career

Over 25 years of professional experience across European, intercultural and interdisciplinary contexts have shaped the way I see people, teams and leaders. My career has taken me through start-ups, a large corporation, marketing, consulting and hospitality. And what all these experiences share is the insight that navigating change and pressure depends on largely on human dynamics.

As General Manager of a five-star hotel, I experienced first-hand what it means to lead a team to the highest standards, day after day, with everything that entails: performance pressure, staff turnover, intercultural challenges and the need to maintain composure even in difficult moments. As Head of Office for an investigative commission, I coordinated service providers from very different disciplines and aligned them around a shared objective. This was a role that demanded clarity, discretion and strong leadership in equal measure.

These experiences are the foundation of my work as a systemic coach. I know from my own practice what teams look for in complex, demanding situations, and I bring this perspective to every client I work with.

Qualification and Approach

After completing a banking apprenticeship, I went on to study International Business & Cultural Studies at the University of Passau, driven by the question of how crucial intercultural competence is for successful collaboration between people and teams from different cultures.

My work is grounded in systemic coaching, mindfulness, and creativity, supported by recognized professional training and certified according to the Standards of the German Coaching Association.

My authentic, appreciative attitude grows from a deep trust in human potential for development and a clear, calm view of people and teams navigating phases of change, pressure and stress.

I work in my mother tongue German and Spanish as well as in English.

In hospitality, pressure is constant and expectations are high. What made the work with Tania so valuable was her ability to strengthen our team from the inside out. We didn’t just talk about stress – we changed how we relate to each other under pressure. The result is a calmer, more connected team that delivers consistent service quality, even in demanding situations.

Thierry NaiduCEO, Phoenix Hotels
